Back in 2006, I had a gut feeling that wouldn’t go away, so I bet on myself and stepped into the unknown. I left behind the cubicle life and set out to explore the world, searching for meaning, connection, and something deeper than spreadsheets. What I didn’t know then was that this leap would lay the foundation for my work today as a business coach and mentor.

Through my travels in Egypt, China/Tibet, and Thailand, I met people whose everyday wisdom taught me more about life and leadership than any MBA program ever could. I started to wonder why this kind of human-centered growth wasn’t baked into the typical business playbook.

To learn this, I set out on a four-year journey that tested my mettle, brought joy, and gave me the clarity most people hope to gain when they’re trying to find a small business coach who truly gets them.
