Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026 · Vinay Raval Media LLC

The short version. We collect what we need to run the Program and talk to you, we don’t sell your information, and you can ask us what we have, fix it, or delete it. The details follow.

1. Who we are. This policy covers vinayraval.com, the Thrill ’Em + Thrive Business Bootcamp and related offerings (the “Program”), the Raval’s Rebels community, and our emails, forms, and social channels. The responsible party is Vinay Raval Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company, [registered agent address], hello@vinayraval.com (“we,” “us”). Terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Program Terms at vinayraval.com/terms.

2. What we collect.
You give us: name, email, and password when you create an account; billing name, address, and payment details when you buy (card numbers go directly to our payment processor and never touch our systems); shipping address if an offer includes a physical item; and anything you choose to share with us about yourself or your business, in forms, surveys, applications, onboarding or coaching calls, community posts, emails, messages, voice notes, replies to our social media, or live and recorded sessions. We keep that information so we can know you and your business and tailor what we teach and recommend to you. Share only what you’re comfortable with; you can ask us to delete it at any time (Section 10).
We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, video progress, email opens and clicks, and similar usage data, through cookies and similar technologies (Section 6).
From others: confirmation of payment from our payment processor, and engagement data from the platforms we use (Section 4).

3. How we use it. To provide the Program and your account; process payments and deliver physical items; run the community and live sessions, including recordings (Section 7); send transactional messages (receipts, access, schedule changes) and, with your consent where the law requires it, marketing messages (Section 8); respond to you; improve the Program and our content; measure and run advertising, including on Meta and Google platforms; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law. We don’t sell your personal information and don’t share it for others’ marketing.

4. Who we share it with. Service providers that process data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies, including: Kajabi (website, course hosting, email, and checkout), Mighty Networks (community), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Zoom and similar tools (live sessions and recordings), Typeform and similar form tools (forms and surveys), ManyChat (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp messaging), Metricool (social media scheduling and analytics), Meta and Google (advertising and measurement, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics), website analytics and session-replay tools such as Hotjar that record how visitors move through and interact with our pages, shipping carriers for physical items, and other providers performing similar functions for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Where it’s processed. We’re based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you’re outside the U.S., including in Mexico, the EU, or the UK, your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from yours. We rely on your consent to the Program Terms and this policy, and on our providers’ contractual safeguards, for those transfers.

6. Cookies, analytics, and the Meta Pixel. We use cookies and similar technologies for login, preferences, analytics, advertising, and to understand how visitors use our pages, including tools like Google Analytics and session-replay tools that record clicks, scrolling, and movement on our site (but not what you type into password or payment fields). We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure our ads and show them to people who’ve visited our site; Meta and Google receive data about your visit under their own policies. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may affect login and video playback.

7. Recordings. Live sessions, including one-on-one sessions, may be recorded for delivery to members, quality, and our records. You’ll see a notice when recording starts. Recordings of group sessions may remain available to members for as long as the Program operates. We use recordings or community posts in marketing only as described in the Program Terms: with identifying details removed, or with your separate written permission.

8. Email, text, and messaging. When you enroll or accept access, we’ll email you about the Program and related offerings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email; transactional emails continue while you have access. We send text messages, WhatsApp messages, or social DMs only where you’ve opted in, and you can stop them by replying STOP or unsubscribe where offered.

9. How long we keep it. Account and purchase records for as long as you have access and afterward as needed for tax, legal, and accounting purposes (generally seven years for financial records). Community posts for as long as the community exists, unless you delete them or ask us to. Marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Recordings as described in Section 7. We delete or anonymize information when it’s no longer needed.

10. Your rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, give you a copy, or stop using it for marketing, by emailing hello@vinayraval.com. We’ll verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. Deleting account data may end your access to the Program. If you’re in California, you also have the right to know what categories of information we collect and share and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights; we don’t sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. If you’re in the EU or UK, you may also object to or restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority; our lawful bases are contract (providing the Program), consent (marketing and cookies), and legitimate interests (security, improvement, and analytics).

11. Notice for Mexico (Aviso de Privacidad). Vinay Raval Media LLC, with the address above, is responsible for your personal data. We collect identification and contact data, payment and billing data, and the data you share in the Program, for the primary purposes of providing the Program, processing payments, communicating with you about your account, and complying with legal obligations, and for the secondary purposes of sending you marketing about our offerings and improving the Program. We don’t ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, beliefs, or financial standing beyond payment details); if you choose to share it with us, we treat your sharing it as consent to use it only for the purposes you shared it for. You may refuse the secondary purposes at any time by emailing hello@vinayraval.com, without affecting your access. We transfer data to the service providers listed in Section 4, located mainly in the United States, solely to provide the Program; no other transfers are made without your consent except where the law allows. You may exercise, free of charge, your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights), revoke consent, or limit the use of your data by emailing hello@vinayraval.com with your name, a copy of an identity document, and a description of your request; we’ll respond within 20 business days. Changes to this notice will be posted at vinayraval.com/privacy.

12. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and our providers use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Keep your password confidential and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

13. Children. The Program is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

14. Third-party links and platforms. Our site and Program link to and run on third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.

15. Changes. We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and email you about material changes. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
