Our Terms & Conditions
Thrill ’Em + Thrive — Program Terms
Effective November 2, 2026 · Vinay Raval Media LLC
The short version. This program is mine, your access is yours and nobody else’s, and what you do with what you learn is on you. I’ll teach you everything I know, as honestly as I know how, but I’m not in your business and I can’t promise results. The legal version follows, and it controls if the two ever differ.
1. Who we are, and what these Terms cover. Vinay Raval Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”), provides the Thrill ’Em + Thrive Business Bootcamp and related offerings. “Program” means everything we give you access to under these Terms, now or in the future: video lessons, workbooks and downloads, the Raval’s Rebels community, live or recorded sessions, cohort-based or self-paced formats, one-on-one or group coaching, events, and any other product, service, or content we offer. By creating an account, enrolling, accepting complimentary access, or using any part of the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Program.
2. Eligibility and your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Your account is personal to you; keep your login confidential and tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or end access to anyone who violates these Terms.
3. Offerings. We offer the Program in different formats and combinations, which may include, without limitation: self-paced access to lessons and materials; guided or cohort-based programs that move on a schedule; live sessions such as Q&As, workshops, or brainstorms, delivered by video call, in person, or otherwise; one-on-one or small-group coaching or brainstorm sessions; access to the community; and bonuses, gift seats, or physical items. What is included in any purchase or complimentary grant, including format, schedule, duration, and any limits, is as described on the offer page or in our written confirmation at the time you enroll, and may differ between offers and over time. Live-session dates and times are set by us and may change; we don’t guarantee that any session fits your schedule, and recordings of group sessions, where made, satisfy our commitment to provide that session. We may add, modify, or retire offerings and features; if we retire something you paid for before delivering it, we’ll deliver a reasonable substitute or refund the undelivered portion. Where the Program is offered in Spanish, the video lessons are in English with Spanish subtitles and the workbook is in Spanish, unless the offer states otherwise. Any certificate of completion we issue recognizes your participation; it is not an accreditation, license, or professional credential.
4. Access period. Unless the offer says otherwise, your access to purchased content lasts for the lifetime of the Program, meaning for as long as we operate it, and in any case not less than 12 months from your purchase. “Lifetime access” in our marketing has this meaning. If we ever discontinue the Program or a part of it, we’ll give you at least 90 days’ notice and, during that period, a way to download the purchased materials for your personal use. Complimentary access is a gift: it has no cash value, is personal to you, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Gift seats and bonuses are non-transferable except as we state in writing.
5. Payments, plans, and refunds. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are shown at checkout, including any payment plan. Prices, discounts, and inclusions may change over time without affecting purchases already made. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment; a plan is a way of paying the full price, not a subscription you can cancel partway. If an installment fails, we may pause access until it is paid and may collect the remaining balance. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. All sales are final and non-refundable except where we state otherwise in writing or where the law requires. Initiating a chargeback on a valid purchase is a breach of these Terms, and we may suspend access while it is resolved.
6. One-on-one and scheduled sessions. Where your purchase includes individual or small-group sessions: you schedule them through the method we provide; all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase unless the offer says otherwise, after which unused sessions expire without refund. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice; a missed session or a cancellation with less notice is forfeited at full value. Sessions are brainstorming and feedback, not implementation, and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may reschedule for illness or emergency, in which case we’ll offer a replacement time that doesn’t count against your 90 days.
7. Education, not advice. The Program is for general educational purposes. It is not business, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice and is not tailored to your business. We don’t guarantee any outcome, income, or result; any figures, examples, or case studies describe specific situations and are not typical or promised results. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not representative. Results depend on your decisions, effort, market, and factors outside anyone’s control, and you are solely responsible for decisions about your business. The Program is not therapy, counseling, or mental-health care; if you need that kind of support, please seek a qualified professional.
8. Businesses, brands, people, and books featured. The businesses, brands, places, people, and books referenced in the Program are referenced for identification, commentary, and education only. None of them is affiliated with, sponsors, or endorses the Program; none reviewed or approved it, and many may not be aware it exists. No payment was made or received for any mention. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Observations reflect Vinay Raval’s personal experience as a paying customer at the time of his visit and his opinions; they are not statements about any business’s actual strategy or operations, and businesses may have changed since.
9. Our intellectual property and your license. The Program and everything in it, including videos, text, workbooks, frameworks, graphics, audio, and the Thrill ’Em + Thrive™ name and marks, are owned by Vinay Raval Media LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for your own learning. You may not copy, download (except downloads we expressly provide, and offline viewing inside our official app), record, share, publish, sell, sublicense, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Program, or use it to teach, coach, or build a product or service for others. Applying what you learn in your own business is, of course, the point, and is yours to do. We may use technical measures to protect the Program and may pursue any infringement.
10. Your content and the community. You own what you post. By posting in the community or sharing content with us in connection with the Program, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Program, and to quote, excerpt, or show it in our marketing with your name, image, voice, and identifying details removed or obscured. We will identify you, show your face, or use your name in marketing only with your separate written permission, which you can give or withhold at any time. You represent that your content is yours to share and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights. Be respectful; don’t harass, spam, solicit, or share others’ content or personal information outside the community. We may moderate, remove content, or remove members at our discretion. Other members’ posts are their own views, not ours.
11. Recordings. Live sessions, including one-on-one sessions and video calls, may be recorded for delivery to members, quality, and our records. You’ll see a notice when recording starts. By staying in a recorded session you consent to being recorded for those purposes. Use of any recording in marketing follows Section 10.
12. Third-party platforms. We deliver the Program through third-party services such as Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Zoom or similar video tools, and payment processors. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for their availability or conduct. Links to outside websites are for convenience and don’t imply endorsement.
13. Live sessions, community posts, and messages. Anything said in live sessions, Q&As, one-on-one sessions, community posts, comments, emails, or direct messages, by us or by anyone on our team, is general education and opinion, offered in the moment and without full knowledge of your situation. It is not individualized professional advice, and you decide what to apply. Comments and advice from other members are their own and not ours; we don’t verify members’ backgrounds or claims and aren’t responsible for interactions between members.
14. Confidentiality in the room. Members share real details about their businesses. What another member shares in the community or in a live session stays there: don’t screenshot, record, repost, or share it outside the Program. We treat what you tell us in one-on-one sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or you agree otherwise. You may not record any session or community content yourself.
15. Cohorts, schedules, and changes. For cohort-based or scheduled offerings, dates, times, instructors, and formats may change; cohorts may be combined, rescheduled, or, if minimum enrollment isn’t met, postponed to the next available start. If we postpone or cancel a cohort you paid for, you may join the next one or, if none is scheduled within six months, receive a refund of the undelivered portion. Deferral to a later cohort is at our discretion and may be limited to one.
16. In-person events. If an offering includes in-person components, you attend voluntarily and at your own risk, you’re responsible for your own travel, lodging, and conduct, and you agree to follow venue rules and our instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from liability for injury, loss, or damage at or in connection with the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17. Seats. Unless the offer or our written confirmation says otherwise, each purchase or complimentary grant is one seat for one named individual, even if a company pays for it. Team, corporate, or group offers include the number of seats stated at purchase; each seat is assigned to one named person and may be reassigned only with our written consent. No purchase permits group viewing, screen-sharing to non-members, or public display unless we’ve stated that in writing.
18. Technology and availability. You’re responsible for the device, internet connection, and third-party accounts needed to use the Program. We aim for continuous availability but don’t guarantee it; access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and this isn’t grounds for a refund.
19. Communications. By enrolling or accepting access, you agree to receive emails and, where you’ve opted in, text or in-app messages from us about the Program, your account, and related offerings. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; transactional messages (receipts, access, schedule changes) continue while you have access. Notices to you are effective when emailed to the address on your account.
20. Feedback and copyright complaints. Suggestions or feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you. If you believe content in the Program infringes your copyright, email us with the details required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and we’ll respond promptly.
21. Website, blog, and free content. These Terms also govern vinayraval.com and any free content we publish there or elsewhere: articles, videos, podcasts, newsletters, social media posts, downloads, and guest content we create for other sites. Free content is general education and opinion, not professional advice, and Section 7 applies to it. We own our free content, wherever it appears; you may share it using the platform’s share features or by linking to it, with credit, but not copy, repost, or republish it without permission. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically download our content. If you comment on our content or post in a public space we run, you keep ownership and grant us the same license as in Section 10. If you tag us, use our hashtag, or mention us publicly, you allow us to reshare that post on our own channels with credit; you can ask us to take it down at any time. Links to outside sites are for convenience and don’t imply endorsement. Where we’re compensated for mentioning a product or receive a product free, we’ll say so.
22. Physical items and shipping. Some offers include physical items such as a printed workbook or gift. We ship to the address you provide; you’re responsible for its accuracy and for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. Delivery times are estimates. If an item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, tell us within 30 days of the expected date and we’ll replace it; physical items aren’t otherwise returnable and have no separate cash value.
23. Termination. You may stop using the Program at any time; fees paid are not refunded. We may suspend or end your access immediately for breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, non-payment, or misuse of our content, and in that case no refund is owed. Sections 5, 7–11, 13–14, 21, and 24–30 survive termination.
24. Disclaimer of warranties. The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any content is complete or current.
25. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising from or related to the Program or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Program in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits; where that’s the case, they apply to the extent permitted.
26. Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your use of the Program in violation of law or others’ rights.
27. Dispute resolution and arbitration. Please read this section; it affects your rights. If you have a problem, contact us first at the email below and we’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Travis County, Texas, or by video or written submission if the rules allow. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Either party may instead bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If the class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be heard in court, not arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name and the statement “I opt out of arbitration”; opting out doesn’t affect the rest of these Terms.
28. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For anything not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Travis County, Texas. If you live outside the United States, mandatory consumer protections of your home country still apply to you where the law requires.
29. Language. We may provide these Terms in English and Spanish. The Spanish version is provided for convenience; if there is any conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. General. We may update these Terms; we’ll email you about material changes, and continued use after that notice means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the offer terms shown at your purchase are the entire agreement between you and us about the Program.
